This place has become the sanctuary of my wildest dreams
Of the fears within me I hide
It knows the secrets of my feelings for you
From it, my soul can not hide.

It captures the essence of our conjoined spirits
It feels our sorrow and our pain
It loves you and I as we love one another
Though we may never be there again.

Within its walls we gave to one another
Our bodies, our tears, and our love
Within its walls we were truly free
As the gossamer wings of a dove.

It gave to us a security
For its charms I can never repay
And I wish with the most sincerest of hearts
That I could hold you there today.

I’d give my life for one more night
To make love to you at this place
I miss the freedom of our kindred spirits
And the warmth of your loving embrace.

Times alone for you and I
Once more from us have gone
But as we pass the tests of distance and time,
Our nowhere land lives on.

We’ll go there once again my love
Just as we’ve done before
Together we’ll make love within those walls
As freely as before.
